The bill, also sponsored by Senators Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), Maria Cantwell and Patty Murray of Washington and Ron Wyden and Jeff Merkley of Oregon would amend the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act to permanently protect the $34 billion coastal economies of the three states.
