During a press conference on Capitol Hill Wednesday, Senator DICK DURBIN (D-IL) along with Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) and Senator ROBERT MENENDEZ (D-NJ) tell reporters that the Senate will revive the Dream Act that failed during the lame-duck session of the last Congress, when Democrats controlled both chambers.
