New Push For DREAM Act

Senator DICK DURBIN (D-IL) greets TEREZA LEE before a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on "The DREAM (Development, Relief and Education for Alien Minors) Act." But her parents had brought her to the United States when she was two, and she was undocumented. That spurred DURBIN to begin work on the DREAM Act ten years ago.
